Roy Clements first pastored the Nairobi Baptist Church in Kenya and later was the senior pastor at Eden Baptist Church, a busy church in the university town of Cambridge, England. During that time, besides being a popular conference speaker, he also wrote numerous books. With over 20 years of international preaching and teaching experience, he is a respected Christian preacher and teacher across the world.

In 1999, he publicly acknowledged for the first time his homosexual orientation. As a result, some publishers and bookshops have refused to carry his books any longer, even though they carry the endorsement of leading Christian theologians and preachers like John Stott and and Don Carson.

If you have difficulty getting any of his books, please email Roy and he will see what he can do to get the book you want.

The current situation is that both the books published by KINGSWAY are out-of-print and extremely difficult to obtain. If a new publisher cannot be found for them, Roy plans eventually to place them on this website. The books published by IVP are technically out-of-print, but Roy can obtain copies of most of them. The two books published by FOCUS are still avilable from the publisher, although many bookshops refuse to sell them. The book "Eyes of Fire" on the book of Revelation which appears in some catalogues never made it to publication. Roy plans to place it on the website too one day. So keep coming back!

A full list of publications and their availability can be found on the information-publications page.

In this section you will find extracts from most of the books.

A few endorsements from old friends:

"Roy Clements is one of the best Bible teachers I've ever encountered." PHILLIP E. JOHNSON, author of Darwin on Trial.

"In my estimation, Roy Clements is one of the finest biblical expositors of our time. No reader will miss the depth of truth and breadth of application." RAVI ZACHARIAS, author of Can Man Live Without God.

"Few preachers display Dr. Clements' God-given ability simultaneously to make clear what the Bible says, and to apply it to our own culture. If you want to hear large parts of Ezekiel and Daniel speak again with rare power, this is the place to start." D. A. CARSON, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
